Wow, it's been nearly two years since my last journal update and nearly that long since I uploaded anything new. Ever since I turned this into mainly a stock photo account I just don't visit here as often. I'm going to try to remedy that and stop by at least once or twice a month. I also want to hold another contest or two in the near future.

Alot has gone on in my life in two years. We moved from Southern California across the country to Virginia. It's been an adjustment and I miss California but Virginia is starting to grow on me as we explore it more. More important than the move is the news that WE STARTED OUR FAMILY!! On our five year wedding anniversary, New Year's Day 2010 at 12:20 am under a blue moon, I gave birth to a wonderful little baby girl we named Nora Maeve. She's the joy of our lives. She's also one of the reasons I want to get this account active again because I'd like to post some of her photos for people to use in their art. I think it would be something fun to add to her memory books.

Anyway, I'm doing well and enjoying motherhood. Hopefully I'll be able to be more active here at DA!
