There have been some really gorgeous artworks created with my stock lately and from time to time I will feature them here in my journal.

Today I'm featuring a wonderful work by .
I loved the mysterious and slightly dangerous feeling of this piece. For me it makes me think of a hero trapped inside another realm or a dream world that isn't all that friendly. Another reason I enjoy this piece is that the artist used a stock photo of mine that I've been dying to see used.

I will be hosting a contest starting on August 1st and ending on Sept. 10th, with the winner announced within 5 days of the end of the contest. You can enter as many deviations as you want, no limit.

Prizes will be: 1st prize, win a 1 year subscription to DA, 2nd prize wins a 3 month subscription to DA, and 3rd prize wins a month subscription to DA. If you already have a DA subscription then I will buy you something from your wishlist at DA of equal value to the prize that you've won. I will also feature each winner here at my journal.

Theme:As I've stated before the theme is based on my user name, Pilgrim Soul, which I chose because I loved the Yeats Poem featuring that phrase and because I think we are all at heart pilgrim souls on a journey towards self discovery. Please create something that you feel depicts a pilgrim soul.

Requirements: You must use my stock in the art you submit for this contest. You are also allowed to use stock from other artists. However, the more stock of mine that you use, the higher you will probably be judged.
